We provide Hail Damage estimates with state of the art services that often use your insurer's own hail matrix. We will take all the necessary pictures, include all necessary hail damaged parts replacement pricing and work with your insurance company if any other hail damage is noted after the repairs have begun.
Bumper Repair

We can quickly push out damage in your plastic bumper cover. Mind you that existing paint damage might still be present, but the majority of the damage can be removed, by our mobile technicians at a fraction of the cost.

Often Hail Damage estimates or minor ding repair must be combined with conventional body repair when more significant body work is required. We can provide these estimates and repairs at the 5880 E. 71st street location in Indianapolis. Other times we can work with your bodyshop to provide the additional Paintess Dent Repair Services at their location if warranted.

Randy's PDR guarantees the dent repair services for as long as you own your vehicle. We will repair at no charge any subsequent reappearance of dents originally repaired in the absence of additional accidents, misuse or neglect. **

This is not a money back guarantee. Since the reappearance of dents is very rare we will assess the reappearance and complete the work at no additional charge. If work is not completed to satisfaction (unless stated and done AS/IS) at the time of the repair payment will not be demanded.

If at the time of repair it is noted that the dent could possibly reappear due to original depth of dent weakening metal this is also not covered for reappearance (sometimes called a tin can dent) and will be noted at the time of original repair . If conventional bodywork is for some reason required for customer satisfaction the customer will not be charged for Paintless Dent Repair on that panel.

Most often if the Hail Damage or other damage is covered by Insurance and Paintless Dent Repair is not able to be done satisfactorily. The insurance company will not be charged for PDR while they will under normal circumstances pay for conventional repair on that panel. If no insurance is involved the customer would not be charged but would be liable for payment for other services required to complete the repair to their satisfaction.
